Media is VG+ and Cover is G+ condition. Conservatively graded, sleeve has heavy shelf wear, mostly around the edges and corners, creases / bend bottom right. There's some light discoloration / staining on the sleeve. Record has minor superficial marks, does not affect play. 

Cleaned ultrasonically with a Degritter!
