Media is NM and Cover is VG+ condition. Conservatively graded, sleeve has some very minor shelf wear, mostly around the edges / corners. Few super tiny creases. Record in excellent condition. Includes printed inner sleeve, but has seam splits. 

Cleaned ultrasonically with a Degritter!
