Media is VG and Cover is VG condition. Sleeve has moderate shelf wear with creasing around all edges, some ring wear and more wear around the edges and corners, seam split top and bottom. Conservatively graded record has marks on it, plays with minor noise here and there. No insert. 

Cleaned ultrasonically with a Degritter!
